A blog about Spain; its culture, gastronomy and people. Basically I write about my experiences in Spain and try to share the best of this magnificent and varied country with those who have an interest in all things Spanish. Anything from recipes, fiestas, photos, birds of prey, walks, wine, bodegas, meals, mountains and .visits to new places. My name is Paddy Waller and I have lived in Spain for more than 20 years and am married to Julia who is Spanish. I hope you enjoy the blog. Disfruta!
Thanks for your comment on my blog! And I'm so glad to have discovered yours, through your comment, just in time for this series on paella. I love paella and we often make it here - outdoors, of course, whenever possible, and we have Spanish friends who do the same. Also I'm interested in Valencia as I'll be visiting the area later this year.
Chaiselongue, thanks for your comment.Paellas coming up soon. Are you visiting Valencia capital or the interior? Hope you enjoy the trip.Weather is just starting to get really nice, although we have had a serious lack of rain this year so far.
I confirm that she is second to none!
ReplyDeleteLooks really tasty Paddy. Great idea, next one please. I'm thinking of adding an English version about a trip to Salford to a pie shop.
