A blog about Spain; its culture, gastronomy and people. Basically I write about my experiences in Spain and try to share the best of this magnificent and varied country with those who have an interest in all things Spanish. Anything from recipes, fiestas, photos, birds of prey, walks, wine, bodegas, meals, mountains and .visits to new places. My name is Paddy Waller and I have lived in Spain for more than 20 years and am married to Julia who is Spanish. I hope you enjoy the blog. Disfruta!
Happy Valentine to everybody. Congralulations for your blog Paddy, and your return to Teruel sounds fantastic. Seems like your dream is coming true. xxxxx
Thanks for your advice! Don´t forget to eat "cecina", is like spanish ham but with a very strong taste. And if you like sweet, "trenza mudejar" is a good option (you can buy it in a bakery near Torito Square). Hugs
Happy Valentine's Day to all. And to "The Lovers of Teruel"
